Online Orders are accepted from within the US 50 states

You can place your order online by completing our order form or call to place your order by phone

We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and VISA
Please Include contact phone #, we often verify orders by phone to further reduce the risk of fraud.

FAX Orders:

To place an order by fax, use our Online Ordering System to generate your order, and then print out the order. Fax your order to (212) 510 7351 or you may send a written request by email. You must include items you wish to purchase and your Credit Card information. Also, the type of credit card, card number, expiration date, credit card billing address, contact phone number and shipping address if it is different from the billing address, You must include a contact phone number.


Sales Tax on orders shipping to New York only. NY state 8.875% sales tax applies.

Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for delivery based on availability.
For local deliveries in New York and New Jersey we use our own trucks making it faster and cheaper to bring your order to you.

Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 10 days to return the item to AreaRugsUSA.net in new condition and original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be processed within 1 week.

We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! We normally process all orders within 24 hrs.

It is important that you inspect the product for damages upon delivery, if an item is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Special Order products are subject to a 50% charge

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. We can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee which is paid directly to the delivery service.
